Mary Seacole Housing is a dynamic and innovative third sector organisation that has been providing support to individuals with a wide range of support needs for over 30 years. We are looking to welcome a new Service Manager to lead and support our busy and energetic support team.
The Service Manager is responsible for overall service delivery and providing effective leadership for the staff team in a supported accommodation/residential setting.
We are looking for an experienced leader with exceptional ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality support to service users. You will ensure all operational KPIs such as outcomes and utilisation are achieved. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the efficient running of the service, carry out performance reviews, oversee the induction and probationary processes of direct reports, and manage the day-to-day rota.
The role requires a highly motivated, flexible, and passionate individual. You will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with appropriate networks.
Working hours: 39 hours per week. Hybrid Monday – Friday (3 days from office / 2 days remotely)
Minimum Requirements:
* Full Driving License and access to own vehicle (required)
