Salary: Circa £36,743 - £42,435 depending on skills and experience
Permanent, Full time, 37 hours a week
Location: This role is regionally based, involving home working, office work, and regular travel across the Anglian Water region.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Water Recycling Networks (WRN) team as a Misuse Support Lead. This role will support delivering the AMP 8 Misuse strategy across Water Recycling, working within the Misuse team. You’ll coordinate the day-to-day activities of our field resources, report findings to the programme manager, and develop and maintain benefits trackers.

What will you be doing?
Your key duties will include:
* Leading and coordinating misuse investigation activities across multiple locations, both planned and reactive
* Fostering a culture of innovation, positive challenge, and support to reduce misuse events
* Managing risk related to operational activities within the programme
* Supporting workload and resource management across programme strands
* Collaborating with different business units to ensure accurate data collection for customer behavior change initiatives
* Developing, maintaining, and visualizing reports on field performance, programme progress, and benefits
* Supporting communication efforts with the marketing team to promote customer behavior change
What does it take to be a Misuse Support Lead?
* Strong analytical skills capable of deriving insights from data
* Ability to communicate programme data clearly to stakeholders
* A positive, collaborative approach to relationship management and team work
* Knowledge of sewerage assets and operations (desirable)
* Willingness to learn and explore new areas
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Power BI and Excel
* Familiarity with SAP or Oracle (desirable)
* Interest in developing new skills in data manipulation and science
* Attention to detail for data accuracy
* Stakeholder management and presentation skills
* Prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
* Adaptability to changing environments
* Full UK driving license (essential)
