We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Melton Borough Housing Compliance Team as Compliance Assistant on a fixed term basis.
This role reports directly to the Senior Compliance Officer and will be part of our wider Housing and Communities’ team.
Purpose of the job
Ensure compliance administration is completed to a high standard and good record keeping is maintained. Contribute towards effective housing maintenance administration.
About You
The successful candidate will want to be driven and motivated with an eye for detail. You will be a team player but confident to work independently and have a flexible attitude to working under pressure. We are looking for an individual with a positive outlook and a desire to deliver a quality service to the community we serve.
A thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is key and you will have an excellent working knowledge of excel and databases and be able to maintain and update electronic information systems in accordance with data protection regulations. A working knowledge and understanding of housing related matters would be advantageous.
