About The Role
Transport Supervisor:
As a Transport Supervisor you will be accountable for the day to day running of the transport department, working closely with the management team to ensure that expectations and KPIs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for the safe operation and upkeep of all driver equipment, maintaining high standards of health and safety, ensuring an excellent customer experience is always provided and all scheduling and administration. The overall goal for all AAH employees is to assist in delivering an efficient, safe and vital healthcare service to our customers.
Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00!

As one of our Warehouse supervisors, you will have a busy and active role:
1. Lead and coach your team to ensure productivity and KPI’s are being achieved
2. Plan and manage designated resource to undertake the day to day work to achieve service levels and key branch performance targets within employment costs
3. Ensure the safe operation and upkeep of all warehouse equipment and maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the branch
4. Ensure the operation adheres to Standard Operating Procedures within the branch to ensure compliance with statutory requirements of all regulatory bodies, GDP, MHRA and to retain the branch ISO quality accreditation
5. Make decisions which positively affect all aspects of branch performance that are aligned with our values
6. Ensure an excellent customer experience is provided at all times
About You
* Clear communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently with a high level of attention to detail
* Ability to schedule and prioritise workload
* Confidence to engage customers in open conversation
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Effective team player
* Full current and valid Driving Licence held for a minimum of two years
* Previous Good Distribution Practice ‘GDP’ experience is desirable
