Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Administrator for our client based in East Kilbride.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established principal contractor specialising in Construction, Refurbishment, Fit Out and Small Works. Our client is seeking a hands-on professional to support the accounts and administration functions within the business as this role forms part of the Finance and Admin Department.

Experience
* Issuing drawing and uploading drawings onto portal.
* Printing Drawings (A3 and A1) and distributing for Site Set-ups.
* Collating and completing O&M Manuals.
* Scanning and filing documents from site.
* Printing for Estimating Department.
* Issuing purchase orders.
* Processing invoices.
* Sending out invoices for authorising, scanning authorised invoices and update CRM system.
* Filing invoices and subcontractor payment certificates.
* Updating various spreadsheets for month end and year end account.
* All associated administration to support the department.
