Application Deadline: 30 November 2024 Department: Fundraising & Communications Location: Bucks - High Wycombe/Hybrid Compensation: £29,458 / year Description We are looking for an experienced Communications & Fundraising Lead with the skills to manage all our social media communications. The role is a job share so this Lead will also have oversight of all of the communications and fundraising activities together with the job-share partner, but their primary focus will be on social media. Key Responsibilities confidently act as a point of contact internally for the promotion of our services. create digital content that is compelling and relevant and helps people to both understand and get behind what we do. use appropriate digital channels to tell our stories with impact. work closely with the other Communications and Fundraising Lead to have an understanding of the whole of the communications and fundraising function. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Relevant professional qualification e.g. a diploma or similar in fundraising or communications. Experience using social media platforms for business communication purposes: specifically LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Experience of creating content for and using social media channels for PR purposes. Ability to craft compelling stories, content and campaigns that inspire action. Able to prioritise competing tasks, lead on multiple projects, and deliver quality work to agreed deadlines. Able to monitor and evaluate work and produce reports. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
