What You'll Do:
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Patient Management: Manage patient appointments, medical records, and referrals efficiently using the Electronic Referral System (ERS).
* Communication: Answer incoming calls and effectively manage all inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
* Documentation: Prepare correspondence, medical documentation, and maintain accurate referral databases.
* Administrative Tasks: Support clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested.
* Communication & Coordination: Liaise with external agencies (hospitals, community services) to ensure smooth referral processing.
* Organisation & Efficiency: Maintain a clean, tidy, and effective working area.
* Meeting Support: Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage all administrative queries.
* Essential Skills: Proficient in audiotyping (touch-typing) and utilising electronic medical records systems.
