Omega is working with a leading supplier of commercial lifting solutions in the retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors, who are expanding its Field Service team due to growing demand. We are seeking a Regional Service Engineer to support installations across the Midlands area.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide end-to-end technical support, service, and breakdown response.
2. Deliver onsite technical assistance and servicing of lifts and other products.
3. Train end users at an operator level.
Qualifications/Experience:
1. Strong experience in field engineering roles, including installing and servicing bespoke lifts, integrated systems, and standard equipment.
2. Knowledge of lift installations in specialist material environments (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
4. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your service territory independently.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for excellent customer service.
6. Regional coverage with some UK-wide travel as required.
