This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team on an event-by-event basis. As a member of the hospitality team, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Hourly rate will reflect the National Minimum Wage, dependent on age What you’ll be doing… Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times. Service Delivery: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Upselling: Provide information about menu items and promotions, and suggest options to enhance the guest experience. What can you bring? Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are proactive, adaptable, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Have prior experience in hospitality (preferred but not essential).
