About The Role
We are currently looking for a skilled chef to join our team. The position is flexible, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours, depending on your availability.

Job Scope
* Prepare and cook food for service users and staff, following all guidelines for food hygiene and health and safety.
* Control of all food that leaves the kitchen.
* Maintain exceptionally good housekeeping.
* Take full responsibility for the cleaning of the kitchen.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
* The preparation and cooking of all food.
* Monitoring and guiding staff while working in the kitchen.
* Help with input of new menus, supporting healthy balanced eating.
* Completing all required documentation.
* Working closely with the line manager on food-related issues.
* Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and tidy.
* Conducting stock rotation and stock take.
* Daily and weekly ordering of food-related stock.
* Ensuring all equipment used is safe and clean.
* Following all Salutem policies and procedures.
* Maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
* Being aware of the aims and objectives of the services.
* Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required.
* Adhering to health and safety policy and procedures.
