Morgan McKinley has a fab new Senior HR Administrator role working for a lovely company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Administrator to work on a hybrid basis assisting the busy HR Manager. This is a varied Senior HR Admin support role with a full range of HR administrative tasks such as; payroll admin, absence data, L&D, recruitment support etc but will also have direct reports.
Salary: up to £35K full time equivalent + excellent benefits (pro rata for Part time job share)
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hour working week
Hybrid working: 2 days office based, East Grinstead
Senior HR Admin duties:
Manage a team of 2-3
Oversee all the L&D administration
Ensure HR undertakes necessary employment checks
Support with the onboarding / off boarding of employees / leavers, updating HR systems etc
Coordinate and add absence information
Work with the Payroll team with any HR support, changes, reviewing processes etc
Arranging and attending HR meetings
Support the HR Manager with any other HR projects / HR adminSkills and experience:
Proven experience working in a similar Senior HR admin, HR support role
Management / supervisory experience of direct reports
Min CIPD level 3
Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
