We're looking for an Online Trading Manager to join a leading omni-channel retailer, based in Liverpool. This individual will lead the divisional trading team, with the aim to maximise NAM through strategic planning and executing commercial sales and stock activities. Responsibilities will include: Drive conversion and revenue for your specified division Develop and drive trading, promotional and merchandising strategies, working with key stakeholders across performance marketing and trade planning, to achieve and exceed targets Anticipate trading risks and opportunities through proactive recommendation and decision making Compile accurate trading reports and conduct in-depth analysis Lead the execution of the divisional trading activities and calendar to deliver sales targets Proactively bring new ideas and innovation to help improve customer experience and aid conversion Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams, to help shape and grow product range To be considered for this role, you must: Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally a minimum of 4 years Be a proficient user of Google Analytics, PowerBi and Content Square Possess strong organisational skills Have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
