Van Driver - Multidrop Deliveries
Our client in Bermondsey, a leading provider of electrical goods, is seeking a skilled Van Driver to join their dynamic team for multidrop deliveries around central London. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a knack for safe and efficient deliveries, we want to hear from you!
Hours of Work:
1. Monday to Friday
2. Start time 7:00 am, Finish time 4:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
3. Overtime available after 8 hours, Monday to Friday
Rates of Pay:
4. Monday to Friday : £12.00 per hour - PAYE
5. Overtime Pay : £18.00 per hour after 8 hours - PAYE
Key Responsibilities:
6. Conducting multidrop deliveries of electrical goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Loading and unloading goods with care and attention to prevent damage.
8. Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and in compliance with company standards.
9. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery van.
10. Adhering to safety guidelines and traffic regulations at all times.
Requirements for the role:
11. Proven experience as a van driver, particularly in multidrop deliveries.
12. A valid and clean driver's license Cat B.
13. Ability to handle electrical goods with care and attention to detail.
14. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
15. Excellent knowledge of Central London and surrounding areas.
16. Physical fitness for loading and unloading tasks.
