They are seeking a motivated Senior Consultant to join their team and drive successful client engagements across various sectors, including Logistics, AI, and Manufacturing.

The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment assignments.
* Contributing to new business development and account management in line with the company’s sales strategy.
* Building your professional network and demonstrating in-depth market knowledge.
* Collaborating with the Research team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of projects and accountability for revenue targets.
* Proactively maintain a robust pipeline of roles through effective business development.
* Win new business from existing accounts while managing commercial agreements.
* Attend relevant industry events, with opportunities for international travel.
* Ensure first-class project delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
* Follow project management best practices, including research, headhunting, and project reviews.
* Mentor and develop junior staff, leading training sessions where appropriate.
* Manage your time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Promote best practices in the use of the CRM system.
* Complete all necessary documentation and reporting on a weekly basis.
* Uphold the company’s values and drive a positive culture within the team.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of recruitment experience or a proven track record in a comparable sales environment.
* Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client management.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
* A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
