Want to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with an altogether different approach?
We are looking for a candidate with good project experience, as there is a real opportunity to grow that aspect and pick up a significant amount of work in the region. They should also have experience in dilapidations and Tenant Alts, as this accounts for most of the work.
The key responsibilities for the role:
* Grow the Project Management offering in Ashford through great work and fostering excellent client relationships.
* Work with a Chartered Building Surveying graduate and two apprentices, with graduate support from the rest of the business.
* Opportunity to manage other team members.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications required:
* MRICS
* Experience with commercial real estate sectors such as retail, office, and industrial.
* Enthusiastic and motivated, keen to develop your own career and Hollis' service offering.
* Must be client-facing and able to establish/grow a client base and generate own revenue as your career progresses.
* Full UK driving licence.
