Protocol Education are recruiting for a dedicated Food Technology/Catering Instructor or Teacher to lead the vocational catering courses and inspire our students within a local school provision.

The Role
We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified person to:
* Lead vocational Level 1 and 2 courses in Catering, supporting students in gaining valuable skills and qualifications.
* Deliver engaging, practical food technology and catering lessons to Key Stage 3 students, helping them develop essential cooking and life skills.
* Plan and deliver a curriculum that promotes healthy eating, food safety, and practical cooking techniques.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of our learners.
* Work closely with a supportive team to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) OR an experienced instructor with relevant industry expertise.
* Experience in delivering vocational catering courses (Level 1 and 2) or working in the catering/hospitality industry.
* A passion for food technology and working with young people.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to supporting students with diverse needs, using a relational approach to education.
