The retail environment in Great Britain is a diverse, exciting and challenging one. The landscape is constantly changing with new channels driving growth, retailers adopting different strategies to differentiate themselves in the marketplace and mergers and acquisitions blurring traditional boundaries.
Our National Account teams have the responsibility to set and lead our strategy within each of our customers, developing and implementing joint customer plans for each account reflecting their specific retail strategies. Senior Managers and National Account Managers within these teams have full accountability for leading and managing CCEP’s commercial agenda with our customers and internally across our business.

1. Development of Business Plans In Convenience & Pureplay
2. Development of the trading relationship with key customers
3. Development of a DE&I ways of working internally & externally
4. Leadership of teams around the wider business to deliver on Business Plans
5. Input to total channel CCEP strategy
What we expect of you
Roles within the National Accounts team at CCEP are ideal for candidates with previous Retail, FMCG or similar industry experience looking to step up and take ownership for large scale customer accounts.
You must demonstrate the ability to lead, make an impact and be accountable for driving results. You will be analytical and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. You will exhibit evidence of collaborative business planning and influencing senior stakeholders.
You demonstrate the ability to transform ways of working and drive change internally and externally.
