This is a full-time onsite position Salary: From £45,628 dependent on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Proactively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and functions to ensure integration of infrastructure across the facility and the business Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the future requirements of the facility are aligned to the design intended Responsible for enabling and delivering multiple small, isolated projects to support the wider programme Provide focus and drive to projects / work packages to ensure delivery is in line with the programme plan Support the management and integration of programme solutions / projects Lead engagement sessions which promote the programme vision and describe how change is beneficial to stakeholders Be an advocate of change and drive the successful adoption of transformation in the facility Your skills and experiences: Familiarity with infrastructure or operational delivery for buildings Strong stakeholder management experience up to Director level with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships Project Management experience – including reporting, scheduling and dependency management Knowledge of business change theories or previous experience with Change Transformation projects Project Management qualifications such as APMQ, Prince2 etc would be desirable but not essential Operating in a complex delivery environment across multiple projects and programmes Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave incentive and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
