We are seeking a proactive and highly organized PMO Officer to take ownership of our Project Management Office.
In this role, you will support the PMO’s daily operations while also driving the future of project management by standardising processes, enhancing performance, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives. You’ll be responsible for managing project documentation, tracking metrics, and providing both administrative and technical support to project teams.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in defining and refining project management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Tools Management: Oversee and maintain project management tools and software, ensuring data accuracy, and providing user training and support.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report project performance metrics, delivering insights to senior management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
* Process Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project management practices, templates, and processes. Work with stakeholders to ensure the most appropriate systems are selected for each project.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to PMO processes and practices to boost project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality department and project teams to streamline the project lifecycle and ensure deliverables meet quality standards through regular audits and checks.
* Risk Management: Establish and maintain systems for identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support product development and custom project teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success across the organization.
