My client is a super, stunning medium sized residential /dementia care home with fantastic facilities The home has been designed for residents living with dementia in mind and incorporates themed areas to facilitate meaningful activities for residents including its own pub, hairdressing salon and nail spa, corner shop and cafebistro My client is a well regarded and growing care home provider As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs. You will effectively manage your staff, providing information, guidance and on-going supervision and support, recruiting and onboarding new staff and continually develop and encourage your team. Working with the regional support and regional manager you will continually ensure the businesses needs and quality and compliance criteria are met and you will cultivate good working relationships with all your stakeholders and actively work in a collaborative way to ensure service and care levels are outstanding. You will have full commercial control and work closely with the marketing team to ensure that optimum occupancy is maintained in your home by creative marketing strategies ensuring cost control over fees and staffing. Using various systems you will be submitting regular management Information reporting on all aspects of the homes, from occupancy levels, fees, budget controls and staffing. You will also be working closely with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure the best standards in the homes environment, including food presentation standards and housekeeping standards You will be passionate about providing excellent care You will be a CQC registered manager within residential and nursing homes with at least 3 years experience and a background of Good CQC inspections Have experience of dementia care Proven experience of managing a care team and leading and motivating Have a strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and care inspectorate Be passionate and driven about excellent care and be able to lead and motivate ADZN1_UKTJ
