You must have excellent computer skills and be comfortable on the telephone having already had extensive office administration experience.
The role is varied and will involve supporting a number of the team functions within Finance, Health and Safety as well as assisting the Site Teams. You will be a key link between the between Management teams, Field operatives, internal staff and therefore an integral part of the operational area.
It is imperative that tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
You will be involved in booking accommodation and dealing with and responding to any queries relating to travel.
Attend, and participate, in business meetings as required.
Completing general communications, including the production of e mails and newsletters as required.

Strong administration experience
Good data entry skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both orally and written.
Strong IT systems experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Capable of working on own initiative and able to make decisions
Results orientated with a flexible and accurate approach
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to react to change in a positive manner.
Work as a team player with the ability to organise individual workload to maximise your effectiveness.
