Up to £50,000 dependent on experience AXA UK’s Risk Reporting team are recruiting a Risk Reporting Manager to assist the co-ordination, delivery, and enhancement of risk reporting across the Risk and Compliance Function. This includes supporting the monthly and quarterly reporting processes and working across a number of key 2nd line reports including the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), Emerging Risks, and Strategic Plan review. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our London office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reporting processes, including the Management Committee and Risk Management Committee. Drafting agendas and papers, preparing the Risk and Compliance report and engaging stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome. Ensure outputs across Risk and Compliance teams are completed on time. Drafting, proofing and editing reports before submission as required. Coordinate timelines and sign off processes. Work with the Company Secretariat team and other stakeholders to coordinate agendas for the various AXA UK Committees. Support logistics and planning for all reporting processes across AXA UK. Work with the team to draw together a plan and monitor activities to ensure reporting is timely and fit for purpose. Work closely with Risk leadership and their teams to ensure an appropriate flow of information, consistency, and development of reporting. Prepare summaries of documents, reports and presentations for governance to highlight key issues and areas of concern for the Risk and Compliance leadership team. Deliver solutions to all ad-hoc tasks and projects delegated by Risk and Compliance Leadership, ensuring that consideration is given to internal challenges and external market factors.
