Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client near Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Administrator (motor) to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
* Ordering stock and customer vehicles
* Ensuring new and used vehicles have keys, service history, are taxed, have V5 and other documentation
* Producing customer packs, ensuring all paperwork is completed
* Organising workload for the sales admin team
* Invoicing
* Adhoc duties as required
What you will need to succeed:
* Previous sales administration experience is essential, ideally within the motor industry
* Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
* Strong IT skills including MS office/excel
* Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
