Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and welcoming service – you'll provide excellent customer service every day.
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training.
* Make sure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance the shopping experience.
* Support the Store Manager by deputising when needed.
