Hybrid working - requiring attendance at the Coventry Head Office one day each month. Flexibility is also important, as you may also be asked to attend the office or campuses occasionally to meet specific needs.

Quality and Registry Team
The Quality Manager (Agents & Partnerships) will sit within our Quality and Registry team, which is the university's administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment. The team is also responsible for processing all results and grades for the students and producing all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony.
The Role - Quality Manager (Agents & Partnerships)
We are seeking a Quality Manager (Agents & Partnerships) to join our Quality & Registry team. In this role, you will support the Head of Quality (Partnerships) in ensuring high standards of quality assurance across recruitment agents and collaborative partnerships in various models and formats.
Key Responsibilities:
* Due Diligence and Approval: Oversee the due diligence and approval processes for recruitment agents, ensuring compliance and high standards.
* Partnership Monitoring: Manage and monitor collaborative partnerships to uphold quality and compliance.
* Event Support: Assist in the organisation, reporting, and finalization of approval events related to partnerships.
* Training Compliance: Oversee recruitment agent training and ensure ongoing compliance with initial and refresher training requirements.
This role is critical to our commitment to quality, compliance, and strong partnerships.
About You:
To be successful as a Quality Manager (Agents & Partnerships), you must have:
* Experience in working in the agents recruitment/partnership sector.
* A commitment to ongoing enhancement through quality assurance.
* Good communication skills - both written and verbally.
* Substantial and relevant experience in quality management and compliance of recruitment agents and collaborative partnerships.
* Well-developed understanding of higher education regulations and legislation and sector reporting.
