The HEMA function plays a critical role in driving our mission to transform healthcare delivery. By generating robust evidence, developing practical tools and resources, shaping reimbursement strategies, and influencing market and policy development, HEMA ensures that Olympus technologies deliver measurable value to patients and healthcare systems worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
* Work closely with the HEMA Manager and General Manager, actively contributing to key initiatives that enhance service delivery for our business units.
* Engage in high-impact projects at the intersection of health economics, policy, and market strategy.
* Apply analytical skills, work with real-world data, and develop insights to support critical business decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Olympus.
