Description About the Team The Fundraising and Engagement unit at Cancer Council SA encompasses fundraising, communication, marketing, prevention, advocacy, and customer experience teams. F & E ensures a coordinated approach to strategy, advocacy, brand positioning, fundraising, and stakeholder relationships, helping the organization achieve its goals. We position Cancer Council SA as a leading charity and thought leader, driving support from external stakeholders and donors through media, government, industry, and community engagement. We activate the community through prevention programs, fundraising, advocacy, and strategic events. About the Role As a newly created role, the Digital Marketing Specialist at CCSA will develop, execute and analyse digital campaigns across the whole organisation, optimising ads for maximum reach and engagement. You’ll manage website updates, ensuring content is fresh, SEO-optimized, and aligned with the brand. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll create compelling content and drive social media engagement through a strategic content calendar. By tracking performance metrics and using data insights, you’ll continuously refine digital strategies to improve results and engagement. Skills And Experiences About You We are looking for a skilled digital marketing professional with experience in the charity or nonprofit sector. You will be proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems. With a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and community management, you will be able to engage audiences and build online communities effectively. Your experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance will allow you to inform and optimize strategies.
