Your role: As Supplier Relationship Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in measuring, monitoring and enhancing our supplier performance. This role establishes, facilitates and provides analytical insights from our Supplier Performance Model data to the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team. With an employee base of c1400 this opportunity will allow you to make a significant contribution to the enhancing the supply chain practice and capability in our changing organisation. What you’ll be doing: Supports the oversight of strategic & critical suppliers, providing meeting support services including scheduling meetings, issuing agendas and documenting the meeting minutes and actions. Manages and executes onboarding required documents in conjunction with supplier and Supplier Relationship Management team, as assigned. Identifies thematic risks and opportunities across classifications and categories. Ensures support for business owners to deliver all contract obligations are monitored in accordance with the supplier management framework. Drives the supplier health check schedule to ensure full compliance to timeline and tracks outcomes. Works with Supplier Relationship management team to create/develop/deploy reports/tools to support team reporting and business objectives. Develops and maintains a range of documentation, reporting and training materials. We’re looking for: Experience within an administration or supply operations role Exceptional communication skills - you’ll be a confident relationship builder and a strong verbal communicator, able to quickly build rapport and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of excel, power point, word and outlook You will be a proactive self-starter, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks As well as possessing excellent organisational skills you will also have a keen eye for detail A flexible and pro-active approach to work and changing business priorities will be needed at times. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential An understanding of supplier management processes and systems would be an advantage Ability to influence and motivate colleagues to deliver required outcomes Highly motivated with a collaborative working style.
