We are a progressive and agile workforce looking for a motivated and efficient Finance Assistant to join our committed finance team and support The Castle School in Thornbury, which is easily commutable from Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and South Wales. You will be based from the school but there is flexibility to be able to work from home when needed; you will sometimes be expected to attend team meetings in the CSET Partnership offices. The Person It is essential that you can prioritise your workload whilst working unsupervised and be open to supporting other areas of the finance team. You will be personable and able to build and maintain relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders. The Role Reporting to one of our Finance Managers, you will be providing administrative and transactional support to the finance team and schools. This will include: raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices liaising with school staff to help them to manage their budgets assisting parents with access to and issues with the online payment system bank reconciliations In order to apply for this role please complete an application form by 9am on 13th December.
