Job Title: Social worker – Mental health
Location: Newham
Rate: £32 /hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
Duties include carrying out social care needs and Carers assessments under the Care Act of 2014 both in the community and in hospital, completing support planning and reviews. You will undertake Social Circumstance Reports, attending Mental Health Review Tribunals and attending s117 after care meetings under the Mental Health Act1983 (2007). You will also be asked to act as an Enquiry Officer on Safeguarding cases and have a strong understanding of Mental Capacity Assessments and DoLS.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
