The Role The Lanarkshire Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our expanding team. We are seeking to appoint 1 full time project support manager with experience of supporting technology enabled care projects to help citizens self-manage their health conditions, and to live safely and well. The successful applicant will support the development of a new data management, analytics and technology research programme across the entire team. They will work closely with the lead for the programme, the service improvement support manager and the wider team. The TEC team, which encompasses both telehealth and telecare, is an integrated health and social care team hosted by South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership. Technology enabled care is a strategic priority which is a fast-moving and evolving programme. A key element of this post will be to support the TEC Team to effectively communicate the benefits of new technology enabled care approaches to a wide range of key stakeholders. You will need to be an excellent communicator who is flexible and adaptable in your approach. Knowledge of data analytics tools such as R and python programming languages is desirable. Knowledge of National TEC workstreams, including Connect Me, Near Me and Telecare Ability to prioritise and assist in completion of routine workloads In-depth understanding of the Lanarkshire Technology Enabled Care (TEC) programme Improvement methodology Knowledge of R/Python programming or willingness to learn Excellent communication with experience of delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workload Work effectively as part of the TEC team and support projects within the Telehealth programme Ability to facilitate small groups in the workplace or virtually to provide awareness or training of TEC systems Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets extracting key information and communicating this effectively Contract type Permanent Full time 37 hours Location and Working Pattern This role will be based in TEC Service within Blantyre Life, but will also involve travel to different locations.
