You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. You will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for converting prospects. The Role Face to face broking in Lloyds and with London markets, and electronically with International markets Working with the Global Broking Team in all aspects of work Excellence in broking through trust, credibility and strong market relationships Seeking best terms and conditions for clients Client account administration with the goal to retain and develop a profitable terrorism portfolio of accounts, including day to day care of clients’ programme in a timely and accurate manner. Documentation production Electronically trading through PPL Understand the clients’ business and risk management needs, determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients’ needs Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalise on account penetration and cross selling opportunities Develop knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to carriers and clients Deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business The Requirements ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification Strong analytical and numeracy skills Insurance market experience in the London and/or overseas, ideally in Political Violence or Property Preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups and other producers Good working knowledge of Market Reform Contracts for Insurance and Reinsurance contracts Attention to detail Be able to maintain face-to-face and telephone contact with clients and Underwriters Have a demonstrable track record of strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills Excellent communication (written, oral & presentation) skills & interpersonal skills essential Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where lateral thinking, initiative, self-motivation and decision-making skills are crucial Proven track record of delivering high levels of service Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility The above list is intended to be as accurate a reflection of the role as possible.
