What does this role involve?
You will be joining a diverse team of C# Engineers, working in a fast-paced Agile (Scrum) environment as well as working alongside cross disciplined teams.
The role will involve leading on the design, technical analysis, architecture, development and enhancement of multiple customer facing and internal systems.
You could be working on a mix of greenfield projects, as well as established products.
This will include back office, front end and full stack development, as well as mentoring others, leading on projects and influencing on the future technology stack for the team.

Your love for coding in C# and associated .NET technologies will be evident from your employment record and in everything that you do.
Your experience as a technical lead, will allow you to showcase your high-quality software engineering skills and provide a platform to explore new ways of working and integrating new technologies.
Your interest in passing on your skills and knowledge will be central to the success of mentoring required within this role.
Your ability to thrive in an Agile working environment and knowledge of DevOps, Scrum and Kanban, will enable you to settle in very quickly.
You'll also be a problem solver who likes to be challenged and can speak in both technical and non-technical terms to clarify requirements and business needs.
And what is the technical environment?
This includes C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, API's RESTful Services, JSON, Docker, Test driven development (TDD), Behaviour driven development (BDD), Bitbucket, Github, OOP, SOLID, Specflow, T-SQL, cloud deployment (Azure) and Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, NoSQL and Oracle.
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
This role will involve an on-call rota (24/7).
This role will also require occasional visits to our office locations in the UK.
