Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a global leader in telecommunications infrastructure investment. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Power Platform Developer to help build, optimize, and automate key business processes. This role is crucial in driving efficiency, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across our IT systems.
Position Summary
As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to streamline operations, enhance automation, and improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to optimize business processes.
* Automate and integrate workflows across systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and process efficiency.
* Customize and configure Dataverse, SharePoint, and other backend data sources for scalable app development.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into low-code, high-impact solutions.
* Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed within the Power Platform environment.
* Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform solutions, improving usability, performance, and scalability.
* Train and support end users, empowering teams to leverage Power Platform tools effectively.
* Stay updated on new Microsoft Power Platform features and recommend improvements to enhance automation and reporting.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience (3+ years) developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Strong knowledge of automation workflows, process optimization, and integration with Microsoft 365, Azure, and external APIs.
Experience working with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, and Dataverse for data management and application development.
Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly applications with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, and REST APIs is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving business processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are a plus.
