London - Hybrid About the role. The role will be a key member of CloudRock’s Change & Transformation practice, representing Workday Financials Training. They will be responsible for supporting our clients in designing, developing and delivering effective Finance learning solutions, growing our internal Finance training capability and supporting internal learning initiatives. Key Job Responsibilities: Be a key member of the Change & Transformation practice team, representing Finance learning for our clients Support development of the CloudRock Learning elements of the Change Framework and continually improving Design, drive and deliver the Learning Strategy and plan for client engagements Conduct and complete Learning Needs Analysis (training needs assessment) Development of Finance Learning Curriculum and Course Catalogue Creation of a CloudRock Finance library of content, to be tailored for clients Working in partnership with the wider Change Team to deliver an aligned Learning Plan, integrated into the overall Change Plan Tracking and reporting against key learning milestones and measuring learning effectiveness Development of learning collateral to meet specific client needs - emphasis on digital collateral and system guidance such as help text Coordinate configuration of any digital adoption products, such as WalkMe Prepare for, manage and deliver training – this may include TTT (‘Train-the-Trainer’), virtual/remote as well as in-person classroom sessions Coach key stakeholders in basic support and customer satisfaction techniques Staying ahead of learning innovations, maximising the use of digital tools and innovations Engage with key stakeholders to ensure learning plan remains fit for purpose throughout a project/programme lifecycle and embedded in support (including how business will learn and educate during twice annual releases) The ideal candidate: 8 years of Finance process and technology training delivery experience including at large-scale, global organisations for a wide range of users/audiences 2 years Workday (preferably, or SAP / Oracle) Finance training delivery, intimate knowledge of Finance business processes and a range of Finance modules Experience implementing a training and adoption support tool (such as Workday Assistant or WalkMe) Finance transformation knowledge Experience working with and overseeing a team of trainers Necessary Skills: Instructional Design Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional presentation skills We Offer You: A great environment to learn, develop and be successful in what you do Opportunity to support our work with some of the World's most recognisable brands Competitive package and hybrid work model Travel opportunities for key events Career growth opportunities (as we’re growing rapidly) About CloudRock CloudRock is a leading digital transformation consultancy, headquartered in the UK, with offices in India, US, Portugal & Australia.
