At Totalis we are a Construction, Fit Out and Facilities Management provider with offices across the UK. We carry out a wide range of projects including electrical installation and maintenance for a variety of private, public sector and retail clients so every day is different for all members of our team. We employ over 100 people across UK and Ireland and have big plans to increase this number over the next year and years to come. Due to new contract wins and growing works with current clients we are looking for an experienced scheduler to join our ambitious team based in our Head Office in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scheduling planned and reactive works. The successful candidates will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to handle multiple will be responsible for providing first class communication and customer service experiences to our end clients and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Be the initial point of contact for incoming jobs, planned preventative maintenances and reactive works Scheduling customer appointments and creating events Booking in jobs and keeping customers informed on progress of works Assigning jobs to relevant trade/department within the required job category via our CRM system whilst ensuring cost, customer service and resource availability Ensuring all works are completed within the relevant SLA or KPI constraints Escalate issues promptly to management and help resolve problems in a timely fashion Admin support as and when required to other business functions The candidate: IT literate, strong level of competency in Microsoft Office Previous experience of scheduling and planning reactive works Ability to effectively prioritise workloads Proven track record in enhancing productivity and first time fixes within the workflow No Agencies thank you.
