Carluke Health Centre have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced secretary. You will provide an effective, efficient and comprehensive service to the Senior Manager incorporating a range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Self-motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills
2. Experience in a secretarial position or Equivalent relevant qualifications (HNC/SVQ in secretarial studies)
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills
4. Excellent time management skills
5. Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
6. Ability to work under pressure
It would be great if you also have
7. Working knowledge of NHS appointments systems
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
9. Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
10. Proficient in audio typing
11. Accurate keyboard skills
12. Excellent telephone manner
13. Car driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence
