Temporary Recruitment Coordinator £127 per day On going East London Hybrid working ASAP start Oakleaf Partnership are working with a housing organisation who are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join and support the team on a temporary basis. The coordinator will deliver a high quality, customer-focused recruitment service whilst supporting the wider Recruitment team to deliver against objectives. The role is based in their London office and offers hybrid working. There is opportunity for this role to turn into a fixed term contract. What is the role? As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with a small team of Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Advisors. You will coordinate all recruitment administration from advert through to interview and offer stage, ensuring the process is efficient and consistent with service standards. You will manage your own portfolio of vacancies and develop an understanding of the business areas you're supporting. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider members of the HR team and assist with the management of relationships with 3 rd party suppliers. You will also update applicant tracking systems and other systems as required. Candidate profile/experience The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused recruitment service within a multi-disciplined environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key alongside strong organisational skills. Ready to apply?
