Wellington Health & Fitness Club is situated within the 400 acre grounds of Wellington College in Crowthorne, Berkshire. The Club is a well-established dual use leisure facility with a wide range of facilities including a swimming pool, fully equipped Fitness Room, Sports Halls, Dance Studios, Climbing Wall and a fully licenced Bar / café, which serves over 2000 members as well as accommodating the PE and Sports programme for over 1000 students at Wellington College throughout the academic year. The Health & Fitness Club is currently looking for highly motivated individuals with experience of working within the leisure or hospitality industry to join the team as aGroup Exercise Instructor with a particular Les Mills Body Combat certification on a Self employed basis. The Club is open from 0630 – 2300 Monday to Friday and 0800-2000 at weekends. About the role: The successful candidate will assist to deliver a first-class fitness service to members and students Key responsibilities (Please see JD for full requirements): To have a current recognised LES MILLS Body Combat certification. To deliver LES MILLS Body Combat classes to our members based on qualifications and experience To provide safe and appropriate class programme relevant to customers' needs and emerging fitness trends To ensure that their classes are covered when unavailable to teach their regular classes To communicate regularly with Studio Coordinator To progress and develop training and development in line with CPD and industry trends Maintain Quarterly updates and develop the Body Combat programme.
