What You’ll Be Doing
As Deputy General Manager, you will play a key leadership
role in shaping and delivering an outstanding guest experience while fostering
a strong people culture within our luxury hotel. You will support the General
Manager in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest
standards are met and exceeded.
Leading by example, you will inspire and motivate your team
through a hands-on approach, nurturing a work environment built on
collaboration, excellence, and a shared passion for hospitality. With a strong
background in Food & Beverage service within a luxury hotel setting, you
will be instrumental in delivering our signature relaxed fine dining
experience—where the finest cuisine meets seamless, elegant, yet engaging
service.
From arrival to departure, you will ensure our guests
receive a personalised and unforgettable experience, maintaining our reputation
as a luxury destination known for its elegance, sophistication, and effortless
high quality.
What You’ll Need
* Inspirational
leadership skills with a passion for developing and empowering teams.
* A
background in 4+ Red Star hotels, ideally with experience in a rosette-awarded
environment.
* Strong
Food & Beverage expertise, with a deep understanding of delivering
refined yet approachable dining experiences.
* A hands-on,
guest-focused approach, ensuring excellence in every aspect of service.
* Proven
experience at Head of Department (HOD) level within a luxury hotel.
* Be someone who shares our passion for
hospitality service and our drive not only to succeed, but to surpass
expectations.
* To be highly organised, with the ability to
manage both the ‘hands on’ elements of a busy operation, whilst leading
the management team and looking ahead to plan for future business and
events.
* Candidates with experience working within consortia’s
akin to Relais & Chaeatux/Small Luxury Hotels of the World/Pride of
Britain are welcomed.
