About the role
We are excited to expand our global footprint as we continue to experience substantial growth across 3 continents. The position is an opportunity to build our mid-market strategy. You will help accelerate network effects by contributing to our strategic initiatives and meaningfully influencing our roadmap.
Your entrepreneurial drive, adept communication abilities, and problem-solving acumen will be instrumental in persuading top-tier brands and retailers to adopt Creoate's Financial Services and entrust us with their wholesale needs.
This is a high visibility role and is expected to deliver ambitious growth performance, new insights and recommendations to Creoate's leadership.
You will:
1. Outreach: Execute innovative outreach efforts, engaging both prospective and existing brands and retailers through our cross-platform services.
2. Funnel Management: Apply your proficiency in processes and managing growth funnels to guide prospects from lead generation through the entire sales cycle, ensuring the continued success of our brands and retailers.
3. Target obsession: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly goals and targets via proactive initiatives and hustle.
4. Problem solving: Collaborate with multiple Creoate teams to refine messaging and contribute to the development of content, augmenting both inbound and outbound growth efforts.
5. Innovation: Leverage your previous growth experience to shape a creative go-to-market strategy, uncovering unconventional avenues for exponential growth.
Your Profile:
1. Growth Expert: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a mid-market sales/account management or equivalent.
2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a track record of surpassing growth targets and closing a significant volume of deals using clear, replicable funnels and frameworks.
3. Comfortable with Data: Be comfortable with data analysis and proficiency in utilizing Excel and database reports to refine brand assessment accuracy. Hubspot experience highly preferred although not mandatory.
4. Ownership: Exhibit the ability to independently drive deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
5. Effective Communicator: Communicate effectively, collaborate seamlessly, advocate innovative ideas, take ownership, and maintain a hands-on approach to your responsibilities.
