Putting together sales and customer support documents
Interacting with customers to book in repairs and testing of equipment
Keeping them updated with progress reports and booking delivery slots
Manage the full sales support cycle from quote, order processing through to customer queries
Support the sales team with administration, IT and supporting client relationships
Using SAP to maintain and develop customer records and quotes
Using SAP and MS Excel to run reports What you need to apply
Sales support/sales administration experience
Strong sales and deals support experience
Multicurrency/exchange rate quotations
Excellent knowledge of SAP
Strong communication and listening skills
Multitasking capability essential - you will liaise with different departments: legal, finance, commercial, quality
Knowledge of Technology sector
