Reed Business Support are seeking a proactive and organised Scheduler to join our clients award winning team in Ashford. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in a similar role or coordination.
Key Responsibilities of the Scheduler role:
* Coordinate and schedule engineers in line with job flow.
* Liaise with clients and contractors, regarding jobs and any materials required.
* Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
* Provide helpdesk support to employees and clients.
* Communicate with clients to provide updates on job status’ and address any concerns.
Requirements for the Scheduler role:
* Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, within an Engineering or Construction environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits of the Scheduler role:
* Salary of £26,000 per annum DOE.
* Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30.
