【HRBP Intern – JD Logistics】
As an HRBP Intern, you’ll support a wide range of human resources initiatives across our European operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to building a strong, agile, and people-focused workplace culture.
Responsibilities
* Onboarding & Offboarding
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR SSC teams, helping to streamline and improve SOPs to ensure smooth employee transitions.
* HR Data Management
Maintain HR records and assist in data analysis to support reporting on key metrics such as headcount, retention, and employee satisfaction.
* Learning & Development
Contribute to organizing training sessions and engagement initiatives to support continuous employee growth and development.
* Company Culture
Help plan and execute internal events and activities to promote employee engagement and a strong organizational culture.
* Office & Admin Support
Work with administrative staff to manage meeting logistics, welcome visitors, and support daily office operations.
* Ad-Hoc Projects
Participate in special HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, operational efficiency, and internal communication.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Chinese and English proficiency is required.
