With offices in Market Harborough, Nottingham, and Birmingham, they provide a comprehensive range of services, including architectural design, building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, maintenance, and health & safety consultancy.

Building Surveyor - Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services, including:
Providing building maintenance advice
Conducting building condition surveys
Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and drawings for capital improvement projects
Contract administration, including drafting and managing standard contract forms
Overseeing works in line with the Party Wall Act
Managing capital programme projects across multiple sites
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Building Surveyor - Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of commercial property and construction processes
Experience within the education sector (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages
