We are looking for a skillful Administrator to work with our busy Construction client in Exeter. Ideally, you will be experienced in the following areas:
1. Purchase Ledgers
2. Contracts Admin
3. Commercial support
4. Working with subcontractors
5. Managing Databases
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Excellent communication skills to liaise with a variety of colleagues, customers, and contractors.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Comfortable working across different departments.
4. Willingness to undertake further training and possible site visits to gain a better understanding of the company.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm and this is an office-based role.
