Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Engagement

Business Client Development
* Maximise the potential of all product categories through brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
* Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
* Leverage all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty
Operations
* Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
* Manage floor recovery, size, and price integrity
* Analyse data, utilise reports, and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Energetic, passionate, and results-driven
* Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with previous management experience
