As the Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales office, managing the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance business growth.

The role:
1. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.
8. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of personnel across all sales and customer service teams, considering the seasonality trends of the business model.
9. Ensure comprehensive induction, training, and personal development plans for all departmental staff.
10. Monitor and manage personnel performance, HR processes, and overall wellbeing.
11. Work with the wider team to establish a positive, customer-centric, and collaborative culture across the group.
The candidate:
1. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Proven experience in managing sales and customer service teams, preferably in a contact centre environment within retail or home improvement sectors.
