Salary: Up to £26, per annum depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Manager to join our nursery in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about early years education and has the leadership skills to inspire and guide a team. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, we offer flexibility to suit your needs.
What will the role involve?
1. Leadership: Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues and maintaining a positive, nurturing atmosphere.
2. Planning and Assessment: Take responsibility for planning, observations, and assessments, ensuring they align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with our Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for the children in your care.
4. Teaching Excellence: Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
About You:
1. Full and relevant Early Years qualification (essential)
2. Enhanced DBS check (required)
3. Open, honest, and compassionate in your approach
4. Inspiring and passionate about early years education and working with children
5. Able to lead by example and work collaboratively within a team
6. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy and dynamic environment
