Want to know how?
As an engineer, you understand the importance of products functioning as designed and meeting customer needs. Imagine that your product is used by the UK government to help keep our country safe. Your role is crucial in this context.
You will engage with end users to understand their requirements, develop test solutions, conduct lab tests and real-world trials, and ensure your products work when needed. You will document results, analyze product behavior, and provide updates to stakeholders. Your work will culminate in technical reports that assess product readiness for deployment.
You will work with technologies such as RF, cellular, GPS, tracking, audio, and video systems throughout their lifecycle, and help define evaluation approaches. Occasionally, you will need to lift heavy equipment up to 25kg, which is manageable with two people.
Your career development will be supported through coaching, mentoring, training courses, and accreditation.
